A Rust-Free Giulietta for Your Garage
Today we’ve found you a superbly maintained 1959 Giulietta Veloce Spider wrapped in arguably one of the two best colors for this car. We spotted this car at Fantasy Junction, where you can see the full lot of photos in uber-megapixel detail.

Loving a Giulietta is easy to do: It’s a true Italian sports car, handles as such, and offers great two-seat fun in a small package. Today’s car appears to be meticulously maintained. The photos confirm this car has been treated with great care throughout its life and surely has much life left to live. Here’s a little excerpt taken from the listing to whet your appetite:
Genuine, factory 1300cc Veloce. Perhaps the most desirable of the Veloce Spider variants employing the more modern 101 series underpinnings while retaining the highly desirable 750 series short wheel base chassis. Correct date range engine number, likely original to this chassis. 5 speed transmission with rare “tunnel case” shift knob. Sold new in California and still registered on California black plates. Featuring an ultra solid dry climate undercarriage, Restored and rebuilt in 1982, just one Northern California owner since.
Giuliettas are still relatively easy to find, but the price and condition vary. Of course, Giuliettas are subject to corrosion, so unless you're willing to shell out the money for new metal, you'll want to find a rust-free example. If you decide this Giulietta belongs in your garage, let us know; we’ll keep you company at this spring's California Mille.
